Visiting Time! So yesterday my Auntie Maxine, Meadow, and Rex came over for a little visit. Since Rex is starting to walk, though he can crawl very well, he hold's himself up on anything. One minute he's in the living room, then he's in the last room down the hall. He get's into everything and hide's himself under tables & under shelves. But he's still a little cutie! Later on, Megan Stepaniuk and her daughter's Brookelynn and Caybree came. Me and Kristen took all the kids to Elmwood to play. Once we got back, Brookelynn told us that she and Ty were getting "married", and Meadow was the flower girl. Just Imagine....pre-wedding photo's! Anyways, me and Kristen decided that we would let the girl's wear mine and Kristen's flower girl dresses, the one's we wore at my Auntie Maxine's wedding. The cutest part of the "Wedding" was when Brooklyn and Ty danced together. The next day I got to babysit Ty and Meadow. We went swimming for about 2-3 hours. They had so much FUN! Since I was babysitting the toddlers, my sister and her friend got to babysit the adorable, sleeping Rex. Kristen just said that he kept them busy. I know Ty loves those play dates, and I like it to because it's more babysitting, more time with kid's and yes I guess money's good to. See ya!

Cousins are like Sisters.
Hey....so as you can see my cousins were over for 3 nights, after we went to there house in Carmen for 3 nights. The first night we stayed up to 1:30am, watching this movie called "The Ramen Girl." Let's just say it had quite a bit of LANGUAGE in it. The next day it was HOT! We went to the pool...had slushies and later in the evening we went to the Stephenfelt beach. That's when we went tubing and water skiing. Me and my sister went as fast as the see du could go when we were tubing. And yes, I did go water skiing. The first time I made it to the middle of the course, and then I wiped out using my face...I tried again and I made it all the way around. I did it another time and 2 more wipe outs but I made it again after. It was AMAZING. That night we stayed up to 2:00am by just talking about random stuff,A.K.A: "Girl Stuff!" The next day, we got this huge roll of Plastic Wrap(it was pretty long, and it was as wide as my arm span. With that we made our own homemade slip and slide...Woo Hoo!!! We also watched the movie's "Coraline" and "Table for Three." That night there was a huge storm...so all we could hear and see was thunder and lightning. Also at like 4:00am you were supposed to be able to see a meteor shower. We were way to Lazy to wake up then. So I had a really great time. See ya!

Ty of course had to get in the picture.
Me and Steph kept repeating...I feel like a boy!
Kristen especially couldn't handle the coldness.
You see what I mean about desperate to stay on.
Ty doing his own work for a change
Don't we look alike!
St.Malo
Today me, my cousins and my family went to the St.Malo beach. We spent 5 hours there. At first we spent a lot of time on the raft because it was so stinkin' cold....after we got used to the water and played games like Frisbee, and push people into the ice cold water. It was soooo much fun, and even more cool stuffed happened....us 4 girls rented a paddle boat. Let's just say the boat wasn't turning so we had to jump out and pull...until we realized that there were huge cray fish swimming around. Tonight we're going to Curt and Jens(Aimee and Peyton's) house. We get to go ride Aimee's horses...YIPEE! So see ya later! OH yah...here our me and Steph's Pretty makeover picturess.
Hey my cousins Stephanie and Laura are staying at my house for 2 nights. The first night we tried to pull an all nighter....but we fell asleep around 1:30am. Also that same day we watched the Hannah Montana Movie, and got "attacked" by my dog Peaches. Even though Stephanie and Laura came later in the evening we still had a blast all night...well at least the time when we were awake. Also that night me and Stephanie found some face paints...and we gave each other "BEAUTIFUL" makeovers (as you can see, I haven't uploaded the pics of us so I'll try to get them right away.)

Hey Everybody, so I am finally back from my vacation/holidays. To tell you what I all did is hard, because most of the time you just need to be there. We'll let's get started then. On July 24th, me and my family woke up at exactly 4:00am. Oh so tiredly we managed to wake up, and head out on the road. Now, my dad told us constantly, go to sleep....but we ended up staying awake for that long 6 hour drive to Regina. There we had some Lunch and quickly got back on the road. We needed to get to Maple Creek, before dusk. Maple Creek was just a place for us to rest our head, but then we had to take the tent down, and leave by 8:00am. Our next pit stop was at the Vally View campsite. Again we had to leave by 8:00am. That day we went to the Calgary Zoo. We saw animals from North America, South America, Africa, and Australia. We of course had to check out the dinosaur park. After the long day, we still had to make it to our next campground in Banff. Our drive there was 4 hours. We ended up staying in Johnston Canyon Campground. Right in the back of our site was a huge river. Every morning we would try to come there. We stayed there for 4 nights. Almost Every single day it was raining, so we decided to go to the upper hot springs. It was sooo hot, me and Kristen were desired to stay out in the cold. Once that fourth day came, we drove to Lake Louise did a hike there, went to Moraine lake, and we went to the Columbian Icefields(glaciers.) We had also gone to Golden, B.C. We were going to take a gondola ride there, but it was closed...so it was really a waste of a drive. Even after that long day, we still had to make it to Jasper. We stayed in Jasper for 2 nights. The second day in Jasper me, my dad, and my sister went on a 2 hour hike at Gerildean Lake. On the hike we climbed 90m vertical up a waterfall....AMAZING! The last day....August 1st(my b-day) we left for Edmonton. Another 4 hour drive, but it was worth it. I, and my whole family were so sad to have to leave one of the best things God created for us....the mountains. Once in Edmonton we stayed in the Super 8 hotel. Which was 20 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall. That same day, we went to the mall, for my birthday supper. We ate at Jungle Jims....where I had earlier told my dad, don't tell the staff that it's my birthday, cause i hate it when people sing those wierd birthday songs.....let's just say i ended up getting very mad at my dad for not listening to me, but I ended up laughing so hard I cried. After supper me and my sister got to go shopping...thats when I bought my mid-tops........FINALLY! On our way back to the hotel we found out that there was a huge wall of wind that went through Calgary, and Camrose. The storm killed 1 person in Camrose, and a little 3 year old girl in Calgary. Just to let you know, Camrose is only an hour away from where we were staying. The last day of our trip, we spent 5 hours at the Waterpark. The wave pool as usual was amazing, I also went on the sky screamer, the corkscrew, and lot's more "intermediate" rides. After we went to see a movie at the movie theater. Me and my mom saw "The Propsal", and the rest of my family saw "G-Force." Just as we were in line getting our tickets, theres a big show that goes on. First it starts to thunder storm, then this dragon starts to move and puff smoke...then out of the blue the dragon starts breathing fire at us. You can actually feel the heat. After all of that we had to leave August 3rd. It was a painful 16 hour drive back home...and I think we all wanted to stay there forever, but sometimes the journey back home is a relief. We arrived in Altona on August 4th at 2:00 in the morning. On the whole trip we saw elk, deer, carribou, a timberwolf, a pecca, mountain goats, a marrmot, a moose and 3 real black bears. So I guess that just about sums it up.....and like my dad always says, it's not the destination but your journey to get there.
